Prepare for your next Superyacht role with support.
Give your next application everything it deserves. Securing a superyacht role takes more than enthusiasm - it takes clarity. I work with crew one-on-one to sharpen how you present yourself and make sure you get there with confidence.
You’re ready, but it’s not that simple.
You’ve done the training. You’ve built the skills. You can work under pressure, communicate well and show up professionally in demanding environments.
But turning that into the right onboard role is where things start to feel unclear. The industry isn’t one-size-fits-all - your best fit depends on much more than a job title.
If you feel stuck finding your first role; or moving up - this is the gap we support.

Ahoy! Top of the morning to you!
Advice from 14 years in the Superyachting industry
If you’ve landed on this page, my hope is that I can assist you in making your next contract onboard more focused, structured and effective according to what you offer.
My love for yachting began in 2011 with two months of skipper training followed by Stewardess and additional industry courses. In the years that followed, I worked onboard multiple Superyachts, experiencing first-hand what it’s like to leave home, step into the industry, learn quickly, adapt constantly and figure things out as you go. Like most crew, I also experienced the uncertainty that comes before your new job - the nerves, the questions and a need for guidance that isn’t always easy to find online.
Knowing you’re ready and capable, but not knowing how to professionally translate that into the most suitable to you opportunity onboard, especially in an increasingly competitive industry in 2026. Over time, my career expanded from onboard roles into the wider industry. From recruitment exposure and training environments, I spent multiple seasons onboard cultivating my observations, skills and awareness that now offers personalised advice to support crew in navigating their next steps.
Being someone who cares about alleviating crew’s onboarding challenges, to which I find simple to solve - I focus on bridging the gap so you can see your position more clearly and move forward with direction.
If you’re in a space where you’ve trained, or you’re an experienced crew member looking to refine your direction and presentation, my assistance is simple: to bring clarity, structure and confidence to a process that often feels more complicated than it needs to be.

I am a client of Crew Defined and Tiffany guided me through the process of landing my first job on a 60+m super yacht in Monaco. She worked efficiently on redefining an outstanding CV that was extremely beneficial to my career, and after working through things with Tiffany to have my CV yachting appropriate, as well as all the advice and time she spent answering all the many questions I had, all the doubts I faced and all the areas I struggled in, I landed my first yachting job as a Stewardess onboard a super yacht in just two weeks!! Not only is it my dream job, but a position that was carefully looked at and assessed before I just took the job. Tiffany not only helped me with my application profile to communicate my skills and background clearly, she helped me with looking through my contract and answered any and all questions I had regarding these things being a first time yachtie. I never felt alone or concerned that I wouldn’t land a position when working with Tiffany. She is extremely professional and passionate about the industry and if it wasn’t for the help and guidance given to me by her, I wouldn’t be where I am today. If you’re struggling with which roles to be applying for, your CV, online application profile, or you have questions about contracts or the industry in general. I wholeheartedly recommend working with Crew Defined.
